At Ardmay House we offer tailor-made courses for S1 groups at the start of the academic year so that they can get to know each other, some of their teachers and the ethos of their secondary school better.
A week of working co-operatively and helping each other out can be highly beneficial to pupils, and they will be able to take their new teamwork and social skills back to school with them. Taking part in outdoor activities increases pupils’ confidence and should hopefully set them up for success at secondary school.
